 The flexibility of these materials permits a variety of applications, traditionally internal and external cladding and paving. Other areas of use include worktops and vanitory units with matching tiling, treads and risers, architraves, skirtings dado rails, cills, fire surrounds and even furniture.
Marble and granite offer prestige, quality, durability and appearance. However, not all stones suit all applications and it is essential to ensure that any particular material selected is suitable for its purpose.
Assistance to the architect is provided from the client inception, through design feasability to tender stage. Also, information on the current availability, quality and suitability of the architects preffered material is provided by federation members.
